The Lift5x5 app is free to download. Pro Programs is an optional paid subscription that unlocks advanced training programs. You can cancel anytime through your Apple or Google account.
By downloading or using the Lift5x5 app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Lift5x5 is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can sign in with Google or Apple, or use the app as a guest with local-only data.
Pro Programs is an optional paid subscription that unlocks four advanced StrongLifts training programs (5x5 Lite, Mini, Ultra, Ultra Max) beyond the free 5x5 Standard. The free 5x5 Standard program remains free to use indefinitely.
Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase. Your bank's exchange rate may apply.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple or Google account settings.
If you start a 7-day free trial, you can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start automatically at the regular price.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to Pro Programs until then.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies. We don't process refunds directly.
If we change subscription prices, we'll notify you in advance through the app or by email. You can cancel before any new price takes effect. Apple and Google may also send their own notifications under their store policies.

Lift5x5 provides general workout tracking and program guidance. It is not medical advice. Lifting weights involves risk of injury. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new training program, especially if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have an existing injury. You assume full responsibility for your own safety while training.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we can't guarantee that data sync will always succeed, that the app will be free from bugs, or that it will be available without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the app or subscription is limited to the amount you've paid for the subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. If your account is terminated for cause, paid subscriptions are not refunded. You can request deletion of your data through Privacy → Contact at any time.
If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Minor clarifications may be made without notice. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts, except where local consumer protection law gives you a stronger right.
